Excellent service , courtois et rapide ! Je recommande sans hésitation.

La grande majorité des services offerts par ELNA ne sont pas couverts par la RAMQ, malgré certaines infos sur CLic Santé. En effet,j 'ai pris un rdv pour un prélèvement sur le site Clic Santé (qui n'est pas géré par ELNA), et tout semblait indiquer un rendez-vous couvert par la RAMQ. Malheureusement, les informations entrées par ELNA sur le site Clic Santé sont erronées (ou fausses). Les employés sur place étaient aimables et voulaient bien aider, mais comme il s'agit d'une grosse compagnie de soins de santé privés, avec la centrale à Montréal, ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Cette mésaventure m'a forcée à aller au nouveau centre de prélèvement du CISSSO, au 85 boul de la Gappe. ALors là, chapeau au CISSSO! Ça roule vite et bien, en 30 minutes, tout était complété. Nul besoin d'aller au privé pour des services couverts par le public!

One of the only clinics to show an updated reliable waiting time online, organized enough to call you when it's your turn to come back and flexible hours (open til 10 pm on a Sunday). The receptionists and PAs here are great! Wait times were long, but at least they weren't sending people away unlike majority of other clinics in York Region.

Usually have to wait for a while in the waiting room after your actual appointment time. Dr Jilwan is a very good doctor but he has A LOT of patients. will take some time to get an appointment

The receptionist staff is very rude.she doesn’t know how to talk with the patient.If we ask anything to them they will say just wait and for patient relative suggest wait outside of the office.

This clinic and staff have been amazing ever since my first visit. I have a newborn and they’re always accommodating and reassuring. They’re very nice and wait times are great.

Front desk lady was so kind to help me getting access codes for my parents. It was so busy at the time and she was trying her best. Thank you!

Great experience at this walk in clinic. Hours are great - open later than other walk in clinics. Receptionist was attentive and friendly. Doctor was exceptional! Very thorough and patient. He was great with our toddler! He explained all the options of treatment. The wait time was a bit long but nothing we couldn’t bare. I am not sure why people have left negative reviews… I would definitely recommend this clinic!! ☺️

Do not recommend this clinic as their attitude was very rude! Even though we paid more because it’s a private clinic they were unpleasant,unhelpful and a waste of time. Would recommend any other place rather than them!!!

L'excellent personnel de cette clinique et les services sont beaucoup plus efficaces et rapides que les autres laboratoires. Je le recommanderais sans hésiter aux voyageurs internationaux.
